About Lori Strusis
Living in Santa Cruz County since 1971, has taught Lori two things; she loves where she lives and she is an expert at helping other families buy and sell homes in the area. Lori's knowledge of the area allows her to easily direct buyers to homes and neighborhoods that match their lifestyles and financial goals.
Lori joined the Century 21 Showcase, Realtors team over 12 years ago and is one of their top producers. The company is proud to say that it is agent owned and Lori is one of the owners. Lori has volunteered in many capacities over her career in real estate. She served as Local Chapter President for the Women's Chapter of Realtors in 2000. Lori served on several Santa Cruz Association of Realtors committees as Co-chair of the Education Committee for 3 years, served on Legislative Committee for 3 years, and the Grievance Committee for 1 year. She served as a director on the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors for 3 years and as a California Association of Realtors Director for 1 year. Along with an Associate of Science degree in Real Estate, she has five years of experience working at a local title company. This background provides the closing expertise needed to make sure your real estate transaction is completed on time and with efficiency.
Lori prides herself in staying on top of current trends in real estate and is striving toward higher levels of education to give her clients the best service and commitment possible. She has obtained the GRI(Graduated Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representive), LTG (Leadership Training Graduate), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and the CRS(Certified Residential Specialist), held by only 7% of realtors nation wide. She also holds 2 realtor certifications, the EPro (internet specialist) and the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).
She enjoys travel, both abroad and in the outdoors camping and hiking with families and friends. Among her favorite hobbies are skiing, swimming, reading and dancing.
